In order to ensure a safe, efficient and more comfortable stay in the passenger terminal, and due to increased traffic volume during the summer IATA season, temporary measures regulating access to the passenger terminal are being applied at Podgorica Airport.
To avoid unnecessary crowding and longer waiting times, passengers are advised to plan their arrival at the airport in accordance with the recommended check-in time, approximately 2 hours before the scheduled departure time, and not to arrive significantly earlier.
Access to the passenger terminal will primarily be granted to passengers on flights for which check-in is currently in progress.
We kindly ask persons greeting or meeting passengers for their understanding, as, in order to ensure the smooth flow of passengers, staying inside the passenger terminal will not be possible. They are kindly asked to accompany or wait for passengers outside the passenger terminal, except in cases where the passenger requires assistance.
In order to improve passenger flow, access to the passenger terminal will be organized in accordance with:
- the opening time of check-in counters; and
- the current occupancy of the check-in area.
Priority for entry into the passenger terminal, during periods when check-in and boarding for their flights are in progress, will be given to:
- persons with disabilities and passengers requiring special assistance;
- elderly persons;
- passengers travelling as medical cases and their accompanying persons
- parents with children up to 7 years of age; and
- unaccompanied minors.
Please note that:
- the north doors are designated for entry into the passenger terminal; and
- the south doors are designated for exit from the passenger terminal.
