In addition to numerous airport amenities, we offer conference and meeting rooms for hire.

Conference room

You can organize seminars, roundtables, meetings, and presentations in the modernly equipped space. The capacity of the conference room is 30 seats. It features video screen, sound system, simultaneous translation booth.

  • Conference system with ten delegate units and audio recording capability;
  • Video projection system with 5000 Aluminum projector and motorized 120″ roll projection screen;
  • Two easy-to-move 63 “and 50” monitors in Full HD;
  • A three-zone audio system capable of using wireless and classic microphones in any zone;
  • Wireless IR simultaneous translation system for translation into one language with receiving sets for thirty participants;
  • Audio distribution system for press conferences support;
  • DVD/CD players for reproduction of video contents or background ambient music;

     

  • Complete infrastructure for an easy connection of portable equipment in different configurations;

Meeting room

The meeting room capacity is 20 seats.

The meeting room can be merged with the conference room to make a single conference room with the total capacity of 50 seats.

The multimedia equipment is designed in such a way that it can technically support the whole space as one media unit or it can be divided into two or three subsystems, as needed.
